COLORSTEEL® appoints Together as media agency.


New Zealand Steel, owner of New Zealand’s leading roofing brand COLORSTEEL®, has appointed independent media agency Together as their full-service media agency.

New Zealand Steel is New Zealand’s sole producer of flat rolled steel products, and supplies a broad range of world class brands, products and services including ZINCALUME® GALVSTEEL®, AXXIS® and COLORSTEEL®.

Together will be primarily responsible for helping New Zealand Steel continue to build the COLORSTEEL® brand through effective use of media, data and marketing technology.

The appointment expands Together’s remit from targeted digital media to responsibility for all media planning and buying. It follows the recent success of “Roof ID”, an AI-powered media targeting initiative developed by Together and COLORSTEEL® which was named Best in Show at the 2023 IAB Digital Advertising Awards.

Planning has commenced already, with buying across all media transitioning from July 1.

The appointment continues Together’s momentum from 2023, a year in which the agency was named IAB Digital Agency of the Year and Best in Show for the second year running, as well as being the highest ranked agency on the Deloitte Fast50 index.
