Driving improved marketing capability for Autosports Group.
Project Description
Autosports Group (ASG) is a leading Australian retailer of prestige and luxury vehicles. They had invested extensively in deploying the Salesforce ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud (MC) Engagement and Intelligence. Together were initially engaged on a project to deliver on their vision for reporting and insight that required a deep level of expertise across both platforms, and our role as a key support partner has developed from there.

The Challenge
The initial challenge was to deliver a marketing reporting and dashboarding solution that leveraged the full capabilities of MC Intelligence. Together were engaged based on our expertise with the platform. As we worked with the ASG team to clarify the requirements and solution design, it became apparent that an equally deep level of MC Engagement expertise was required, which we were also able to provide.
The Solution
Together was responsible for end to end delivery of the project, providing the required functional and technical consulting expertise in both platforms and surmounting some interesting technical challenges along the way. The solution was fully documented and training provided to ensure the ASG team could maintain and operate the solution ongoing. Based on the success of the initial project Together were retained as a partner, providing ad-hoc technical support for ASG’s internal team and leading subsequent delivery of non-BAU projects to deliver enhanced functionality for the ASG marketing team.
The Result
Over a two year period Together has partnered with ASG to deliver, and enhance, the MC Intelligence reporting solution, undertake a project to enable increased dealer marketing flexibility and provide enhanced segmentation tools, and provide on-demand technical support and troubleshooting. In addition ASG have benefited from Together’s combined Salesforce and Automotive industry experience and knowledge to deliver more value from their Salesforce marketing ecosystem.
